Servo Controlled offline palletizing machine for concrete blocks

The TPM-SZ1600 offline palletizer plant operates in a fully automatic mode, efficiently separating blocks from pallets and rearranging them to meet specific pallet dimensions. The palletized dimensions are flexible, including options like 1000mm × 1000mm × 1600mm, 1100mm × 1100mm × 1600mm, or 1200mm × 1200mm × 1600mm. After palletization, blocks can be packed manually or processed through an automatic film wrapping machine. They are then transported to the finished products stocking area using a forklift, with the option for automatically reserving holes for forklift transport. The complete line is equipped with four sets of servo-controlled motors, five sets of frequency inverter-controlled motors, and lasers for precise positioning. It operates in a fully automated manner, controlled by Siemens PLC and a touch screen interface, allowing for easy online troubleshooting through the Internet. This streamlined system requires only one qualified operator, significantly reducing labor costs and improving the quality of concrete products. Blocks can be palletized with or without transportation pallets/wooden trays, providing flexibility for multi-dimensional palletizing to maximize truck capacity.
