Heavy duty frame
The machine features a robust construction using 150× 150mm square tubes for main columns and 60mm solid guiding columns. Built from high-quality materials, this machine offers unparalleled durability, ensuring its reliability over extended periods of use.
Static & dynamic table design
Can control vibration amplitudes, ensure higher energy transfer efficiency.
Efficient Material Feeding Car
A high density rake teeth are adopted, thus concrete feeding is fast and uniform. The feeding car bottom plate is made of high strength wear-resistant steel, and the front end of feeding car adopts carburization and heat treatment.

SIEMENS PLC control system

1) Controlled by Germany Siemens PLC with data input and output function. The system has safety logic control and system fault self-diagnosis. It also has a self-locking function to avoid mechanical accidents caused by misoperation;

2) Electrical components adopt International brand Scheinder, which of high performance and locally available for spare parts.
Dual frequency invertors
The dual frequency invertors each controls one vibration motor, which can ensure frequency synchronization, detect motor problem timely, aiming to minimize the breakdown rate.
Online troubleshooting system
The online function of real-time monitoring and troubleshooting enables swift resolution of circuit faults and most electrical issues without delay.
