TPM8000 Hydraulic Press Block Machine Technical Features:

Heavy Duty Frame
The machine features a robust construction using 200×200×10mm thick square tubes for main columns and four φ80mm solid guiding rods, ensuring stability and durability.
Efficient material feeding car
Use high-density rake teeth, the concrete are distributed quickly and evenly. Feeding car bottom plate is made of high-strength and wear-resistant steels, and the front end of feeding car is processed with heat treatment and carburization.
Integrated casted vibration table
The vibration table adopts integrated casting part to ensure balance and durability. The vibration box uses prece casting to ensure accuracy. The bearings are imported from Japan NSK to ensure durability.

SIEMENS Vibration motors
1) The vibration table for acceptance of two vibrators to achieve a maximum centrifugal force of 100KN;
2) Adopt two 11KW SIEMENS vibration motors, frequency can be adjusted to get different vibration force for higher strength paver blocks using less cement;
3) Short start and stop times of vibration due to small mass acceleration.
Advanced Italian hydraulic system
1）Adopt high dynamic double proportional guide valve, so that each action can automatically adjust the pressure and flow of system according to different load and speed requirements, to achieve fast movement without impact and save energy also；
2) Adopt 22KW SIEMENS hydraulic motor and LEAD-FLEX hydraulic oil pipes to ensure powerful mechanical movement.
Automatic feeding car lifting system
Can automatically go up & down via hydraulic cylinder or motor, greatly reduce save mold change time.

SIEMENS PLC Control System
1) Controlled by Germany Siemens PLC with data input and output function. The system has safety logic control and system fault self-diagnosis. It also has a self-locking function to avoid mechanical accidents caused by misoperation;

2) Electrical components adopt International brand Scheinder, which of high performance and locally available for spare parts.
Vibration system controlled by two invertors
The dual frequency converters each control a variable frequency motor, which can ensure frequency synchronization, detect problems in the motor or circuit in a timely manner, easy for maintenance.
Online trouble shooting system
The online function of real-time monitoring and troubleshooting enables swift resolution of circuit faults and most electrical issues without delay.
