TPM5000 automatic concrete brick machine technical features:

Heavy duty frame
The brick production machine features a robust construction using 150 × 150 × 8mm thick square tubes for main columns and four Φ70mm solid guiding rods, thus very stable and durable during concrete brick production.
Concrete feeding system
The machine efficiently mixes the materials, creating a homogeneous mixture of concrete. The feeding car raker speed can be adjusted by frequency invertor according to different kinds of concrete products, thus concrete can be filled uniform and quickly into mold cavities
Advanced Hydraulic System
Adopt high-dynamic dual-proportional valves, so each action can automatically adjust system's pressure and flow according to different load and speed requirements, achieving rapid and impact-free operation and saving energy. It protects the oil cylinder so that it can act as a buffer when moving forward and backward during the brick production process, so that oil cylinder won't get damaged in a short period of time due to inertia..

SIEMENS PLC & International electrical components
Controlled by German Siemens PLC and equipped with data input and output devices, the system has safety logic control and system fault self-diagnosis with good stability, strong adaptability for long service life, ensures continuous brick production for high quality concrete products. Adopt international brand electrical components, which is of high performance and locally available.
German Design vibration table
Equipped with static & dynamic table design(Same as German Machine), it can control vibration amplitube, ensure higher energy transfer efficiency, result in higher strength and higher compactness for concrete paver bricks.
Online Troubleshooting System
The online function of real-time monitoring and troubleshooting enables swift resolution of circuit faults and most electrical issues without delay. This system provides convenient online service support for industrial brick production.
