Efficient Material Feeding Car
Equipped with double swing arms, the speed of raker for feeding car is adjustable via frequency invertor according to different types of concrete products, thus concrete can be filled uniform and quickly into cavities(Cycle time for bricks 10~12s and for hollow blocks 15~18s)
Advanced Hydraulic System
Utilizing a high dynamic dual proportional valve, the hydraulic system efficiently controls oil flow and pressure, ensuring powerful machine speed

SIEMENS PLC Control System
