2×12.8KW Strong Permanent Magnet Motors for Vibration
Adopt latest Italian servo vibration technology to ensure best synchronization and performance. 2×12.8KW servo-drive controlled Italian Physis servo motors are directly connected by cardan shafts to adjust the vibration force and work synchronously.
Robust machine frame made by 200×200×10mm German standard square tube
Strongest machine frame in this industry with Japanese Panasonic pulse welding, ensuring machine withstand rigors of heavy use and produce high quality concrete brick products consistently. The block machine now weighs a solid 15 tons.
High-strength, wear-resistant φ80mm solid guiding columns
The thickest plating layer to ensure maximum durability and longevity of the guide columns.

Advanced synchronization brings precise & smooth mechanical movement
The demolding system features a synchronization frame and a tooth row structure that work together to maintain synchronization and ensure smooth demolding. Double oil cylinders and a tooth row structure are adopted for tamper head up & down synchronization, thus can move smoothly and precisely.
Wear-resistant dynamic and static vibration table
Vibration table features dynamic and static table structure. Its table plate is made of high-strength and wear-resistant steel for durability. The gap between dynamic and static table is adjustable, so can control vibration amplitude for higher energy transfer efficiency.
High-efficient and stable Italian VTOZ hydraulic system
Adopt 30KW SIEMENS hydraulic motor, Italian VTOZ valves and American Albert Hydraulic Pump to efficiently control the hydraulic oil flow and pressure, thus machine speed and mechanical movement is powerful and accurate.

Airbags mold clamping system, greatly reduce mold replacement time
Materials hopper discharging controlled by electrical motor & Guomao Reducer, the movements are softly and low breakdown rate.
Swing arm designed feeding car, powered by SIEMENS motor and speed controlled via frequency invertor
Feeding car driven by double swing arms. The arms together with rakers are controlled by SIEMENS motor and the speed is precisely adjusted via an inverter.
